This issue comes with the following sleeve:
Matte card (thick paper) sleeve with squared cut-out on reverse. Straight glue flaps on top and curved glue flaps at the bottom; 
The inside of the sleeve is brown

The vinyl is black (not translucent red when held upon bright light, as some other issues)
