Hard to match this up exactly as this version but we have HTM etched side 2. Vinyl so near perfect I'm calling it. Sleeve great but has some discolouration in white areas.

First issue.

On label Side 1, Shine On You Crazy Diamond Part 5 is credited to "Waters-Gilmour-Wright" (later has "Waters" only).

Die cut inner sleeve with all four corners cropped at an angle. Opening at top center with notch. In the lower right corner it says: SHVL 814.
Postcard has jagged edges.

This version's inner sleeve is die cut on 4 corners. Another version ([r463597) is die cut on 3 of the four corners.
