Media Condition: Near Mint (NM or M-)
Sleeve Condition: Near Mint (NM or M-)

This is so close to NM I'm calling it. A couple if very minor marks on vinyl barely visible at all. Sleeve almost perfect. Certainly they're best of that I've seen personally.
